1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prop Desk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prop Desk is a SaaS application that helps proprietary trading firm traders track their accounts, monitor drawdowns, log trades, and manage their trading business. Prop Desk is a tracking and journaling tool only. It does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or manage trading accounts.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your billing period. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.

5. Disclaimer

Prop Desk is not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. All information provided by the Service is for informational and tracking purposes only. Nothing on Prop Desk constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results. Past performance data displayed in the app does not guarantee future results.

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into Prop Desk. While we strive to provide accurate calculations (drawdown tracking, P&L summaries, etc.), you should always verify critical figures against your prop firm's official records.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prop Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or incorrect calculations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
